How to Order?
Add products to your shopping cart and proceed through the checkout. Payment is NOT required. Once we receive your order enquiry, we will e-mail the freight cost and payment options to you. Should you wish to proceed, goods will be shipped once payment is cleared into our account. Orders not paid within 7 days will be cancelled.
We will advise freight cost by email upon receiving your order enquiry as mentioned above in 'How to Order'.
Return of Goods?
Incorrectly ordered goods may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, please read our conditions of return.
Only credit cards are accepted as payment for web orders. Alternative payment methods are accepted for phone, fax or email orders, but different pricing & order terms will apply.
Special Pricing or Large Volume Requirement?
If you are a re-seller, distributor, wholesaler or OEM customer, please contact us and we will be happy to quote on your requirements.
Do you have other outlets?
No. We only sell from our office warehouse located in Melbourne, Australia. View our location and trading hours.
No. Online orders receive discounted pricing and will only be despatched via an agreed freight carrier.
Do you sell over the counter?
Yes, please bring a sample if you have one. Note: Minimum pack sizes may still apply. $30.00 minimum spend for credit cards & eftpos. Website pricing valid for on-line orders only. GST will be charged on counter sales. View our location and trading hours.
