How to Order?
Add products to your shopping cart and proceed through the checkout. Your credit card details will be collected at checkout and your card will be billed when goods are ready for despatch (excludes indent items).

Payment Options?
Only credit cards are accepted as payment for web orders. Alternative payment methods are accepted for phone, fax or email orders.

FREE standard shipping to anywhere in Australia for orders over AU$99.00. Orders below this value will be shipped at a flat rate fee depending on the carrier you select. Freight cost and delivery times are displayed on the shopping cart screen. Same day despatch of orders received prior to 3pm AEST.

How do I apply for a credit account?
We offer credit accounts to customers that order goods on a regular basis. Please click here to find out more.

Is there a minimum order value?
Yes. All Australian orders must meet our minimum order value of AU$ 20.00 worth of goods (including gst).

Do you sell over the counter?
Yes, please bring a sample if you have one. Note: Minimum pack sizes may still apply. AU$ 15.00 minimum spend applies for pay-wave, eftpos and credit card payments. View our location and trading hours.
Can I pick-up goods ordered online?
No. Online orders will only be despatched via our carrier to your specified delivery address.

Do you have other outlets?
No. We only sell from our office warehouse located in Melbourne, Australia. View our location and trading hours.

Return of Goods
Incorrectly ordered goods may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, please read our conditions of return.
