Tracking parcels shipped within Australia

We select a carrier depending on the weight and destination of your parcel.
A copy of your invoice is e-mailed to you when your parcel is ready for collection by the driver.
The invoice contains the name of the freight carrier and the consignment number which is used for tracking your parcel online.

How to track your parcel online:
1. Find the freight information on the invoice we e-mailed to you eg. 'Express Post (1234567890123)'
2. Click on the appropriate freight company link below.
3. Locate the parcel tracking tool on the freight company's website.
4. Type in the consignment number from our invoice eg. '1234567890123'

Note: You will receive a copy of the invoice before your parcel is collected. Parcels can only be tracked once they are collected.
